New! Group Study Rooms and Laptops Available - Plus New PC Workstations!

Four new group study rooms are now available on the Main Level, complete with electrical outlets for personal laptop use. Please review the policy below for access guidelines.

In addition, the Library is happy to offer a laptop lending test program. We have 10 laptops with wireless network access (no printing) available for use WITHIN the library. Laptops may not be taken out of the library. A Wagner ID is required for use. Visit the Library Circulation Desk for more details.

Current Group Study Room Access Policy:
  • Study rooms are for groups of 3-7 students only. Individuals may not reserve the rooms.
  • Reservations may be made for up to 2 (two) one-hour blocks (2 hours maximum) per day. Reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance.
  • Reservations may be made in person at the Circulation Desk or by phone, 718-390-3401.
Reservations are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Reservations will be held for 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. After 10 minutes, the reservation will be canceled and the room will be available for other groups to use.
  • At least three members of the group must be physically present to pick up the key and use the room. Only ONE member of the group must leave a Wagner ID at the front desk while using the room. They will get their ID card back when they return the key.
We are happy to provide these new study space options for our students. If you have comments or would like to share your experiences with us, please send an email to library@wagner.edu

An additional silent study room with study carrels and electrical outlets is also available on the Main Level at the rear of the building.

We've also added 18 new PC workstations to the library's Main Floor, complete with spacious new furniture and wide-screen monitors!
